Clear terms, agreed in advance.

We will always confirm the scope of work and the fee basis in writing before work begins.

How we charge

Depending on the matter, we may work on a fixed fee for a defined scope, or on an hourly basis with an estimate. Your client care letter will set out the agreed basis, what is included and what is not.

VAT

Visa Professionals Ltd is VAT registered. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable. Some clients outside the UK may be outside the scope of UK VAT; we will confirm the position in writing.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs paid to third parties, such as Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, tribunal fees, translation, courier or biometric appointment costs. These are separate from our fees and will be identified in advance where possible.

Employment law is a planned practice area and we do not currently act in employment tribunal claims. If launched, transparency information for bringing and defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal will be published here before any instructions are accepted.
