Our complaints procedure

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are unhappy, please tell us so we can try to put things right. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and respond in writing, normally within eight weeks.

The Legal Ombudsman

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks, you may be able to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. You must normally do so within six months of our final response, and within one year of the act or omission (or of when you should reasonably have known of it).
